THE CLOCK was an experiment in efficient producing. My previous films had blown out in terms of schedule, and I wanted to make a film quickly and efficiently. Although I probably should have allocated more time to the finished product, this film from blank page to finished film was completed in 72 hours. Fun, but exhausting!
